The Golden Empire Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association has selected the following applicants for a $1,000 scholarship towards furthering their education in engineering, environmental, or scientific fields:

- Felix Ekuful – Environmental Engineering, University of North Carolina Charlotte
- Tyler Kleinsasser – Civil & Environmental Engineering, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology
- Naomi Munyaka – Mechanical Engineering, Southern Adventist University
- Elizabeth Plank – Human Evolutionary Biology, Global Health and Health Policy, Harvard University
- Isaiah Ray – Computer Engineering, California State University Fullerton
- Hailey Ter Beek – Marine Biology, Texas A&M University Galveston
