Dawn Bradley

Dawn Bradley has been working in the oil and gas sector for 18 years while recently joining the renewable sector, GlassPoint Solar, a year and a half ago. Ms. Bradley received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from California State University Bakersfield.  Her background as a wildlife biologist has led her to conduct surveys for threatened and endangered species in the San Joaquin Valley as well as up and down other parts of California where she would have to obtain incidental take permits for species for pipeline projects.

Dr. Angus McGrath

Dr. Angus McGrath is the Stantec National Technical Lead for Remediation and has over 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. As part of the Stantec PFAS working group, he has developed sampling plans for the characterization of PFAS in soil and groundwater, evaluated how the properties of different PFAS compounds influence their fate and transport, and evaluated technologies for ex-situ and in situ treatment of PFAS compounds on industrial and oil and gas facilities.

Gennet Paauwe

On loan from the California Air Resources Board since summer 2013, Gennet Paauwe is the communications advisor for Veloz, where she directs social media, media relations and traditional communications activities for Veloz, California’s first mass market electric car awareness campaign. Veloz is a California-based nonprofit made up of 45 member organizations dedicated to bringing electric cars into the mainstream through innovative public awareness campaigns.

Ienkeayshaf Mohammed “Inkey” Uddin

Mr. Ienkeayshaf Mohammed (“Inkey”) Uddin is a Consultant within ERM based in Bakersfield, California. He has more than 19 years of experience in field data collection & automation for various regulatory and compliance requirement (Green House Gas, SPCC, SWPP etc.). He has extensive project experience in data Automation & Analysis along with process & project management.

Thomas Perkins

Mr. Perkins served as a unit leader for 21 years in the US Navy, followed by department and regional roles in Fortune 100 companies, and culminating in vice president, plant manager, and senior director positions with other publicly traded companies. He holds an MBA from St. Leo University and a BBA from Excelsior. His engineering education comes by way of the Nuclear Power program offered by the US Navy.

Sarah Saltzer

Dr. Sarah Saltzer is the Managing Director of the Stanford Center for Carbon Storage and the Stanford Carbon Initiative. Sarah has 25 years of experience at Chevron Corporation, where she held a series of scientific, managerial and executive roles. Dr. Saltzer holds a M.S. and B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Stanford University.

Mike Taylor

Mike Taylor is President of Emission Advisors, a leading brokerage and consulting firm in Environmental Credits including Carbon Cap and Trade, Low Carbon Fuel Standard, Emission Reduction Credits, RINS, CSAPR NOx and SO2, and RECs.  Emission Advisors was named Emissions House of the Year 2019 by Energy Risk.  Mike has over nineteen years in the industry and has transacted over a billion dollars’ worth of environmental credits.  He is an #1 Best Selling Author with the book, “Reduce Carbon Compliance Costs:  Strategies for California and Quebec Facilities.”   

Samir Sheikh

Samir Sheikh is the Executive Director and Air Pollution Control Officer for the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. Mr. Sheikh has more than 20 years of experience in directing, developing, applying and administering air quality improvement programs. Serving a region facing a variety of economic and public health challenges, Mr. Sheikh has led the development and implementation of some of the toughest and most innovative air pollution control strategies in the nation while working cooperatively with the regulated community to reduce administrative costs and achieve environmental and economic balance.

Dave Warner

Dave Warner is Deputy Air Pollution Control Officer of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, the public health agency responsible for achieving and maintaining healthy air quality in the Valley.  Prior to being appointed to his current position in 2014, Dave was the Director of the District’s Permit Services team for ten years. Dave takes particular pride in the District achieving a reputation as a nationwide leader in efficient and effective government, while simultaneously achieving significant and ongoing improvements to air quality for all residents of the San Joaquin Valley.
